In Russia, Enel owns 55.8% of JCS Fifth Generation Company of the Wholesale Electricity Market (“Enel OGK-5”). Enel OGK-5 has four thermoelectric power plants for about 8,200 MW. Enel is also present through a 49.5% stake in RusEnergoSbyt, providing electricity to major industrial customers, and SeverEnergia (former Enineftegaz, a consortium 40% Enel - 60% Eni) which manages a group of promising gas fields including 100% of OAO Articgaz, 100% of ZAO Urengoil, 100% of OAO Neftegaztechnologiya.
