Austrian singer Markus Werba performs at the largest world theatres: La Scala in Milan, Royal Opera, Covent Garden in London, The Vienna State Opera, Bavarian State Opera, Metropolitan Opera, The Los Angeles Opera, The Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires, Sydney Opera House and many others among them. Artist made his debut at the Bolshoi in 2019 as Figaro (Il Barbiere di Siviglia). He performed Marcello part at Royal Theatre in Turin and Royal Opera, Covent Garden with great success.
Winner of Plácido Domingo's Operalia, The World Opera Competition, Aida Garifullina is a welcomed guest at many opera houses. She performs at The Vienna State Opera, Royal Opera, Covent Garden, Paris National Opera, Metropolitan Opera, The Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona, Berlin State Opera, Bavarian State Opera, The Teatro Colón. She performed part of Musetta in Vienna, Paris and London. In 2020, Aida Garifullina debuted at the Bolshoi theatre as Volkhova at the premiere of Sadko by Rimsky- Korsakov directed by Dmitri Tcherniakov. She was then nominated for that role for Golden Mask Award.
Andrei Valenty, leading soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre of Republic Belarus, also performs at the theatres in France, Germany, Great Britain, Belgium, and the USA. He premiered at the Bolshoi in 2005 having part of Mussorgsky at the premiere of The Children of Rosenthal, opera by L. Desyatnikov. Later, he was engaged in other performances at the Bolshoi: Nabucco by G.Verdi, Turandot by G.Puccini, War and Peace by S. Prokofiev, Boris Godunov by M.Musorgsky, The Queen of Spades by P. Tchaikovsky, The Legend of the Invisible City of Kitezh and the Maiden Fevroniya by N. Rimsky-Korsakov. Last year, the singer performed at the Bolshoi for the first time as Sobakin in The Tsar's Bride by N. Rimsky-Korsakov.
Maxim Kuzmin-Karavaev, alumni of The Moscow Conservatory, started his artistic path at The Kolobov Novaya Opera Theatre of Moscow. At the present moment, he performs on the world leading stages: Bavarian State Opera, Hamburg State Opera, Teatro Real in Madrid, Rome Opera, The Théâtre du Capitole de Toulouse, London National Opera, Grand Théâtre de Genève, Teatro Municipal de Santiago, The Teatro Colón. He took part in the concerts at the Beethoven Hall of the Bolshoi Theatre, and in 2015, debuted at our theatre as Bartolo in the premiere series of The Marriage of Figaro by W.A. Mozart.
