St Petersburg Conservatoire and the Mariinsky Academy of Young Opera Singers’ alumni, Pavel Yankovsky is in high demand on the leading opera stages both in Russia and overseas.

It has been two seasons that he has been collaborating with the Bolshoi. During this period, he was able to perform three parts: Onegin, Robert (Iolanta by P.Tchaikovsky) and the Venetian Merchant (Sadko by N. Rimsky-Korsakov).

Mr. Yankovsky sang a part of Escamillo for the first time at the Novosibirsk Opera and Ballet Theatre (during eight years service at NOVAT, he added more than twenty parts to his repertoire). Currently, with the continued success, he is singing part of Escamillo at Mariinsky Theatre.
