– In case if tickets were purchased online or through theatre box offices via credit card, refund will be initiated to the bank card that was used at the time of purchase automatically no later than 10 days after the date of cancellation.
– Tickets that were purchased at box offices in cash can be returned to the box offices located in the administrative building. It is applicable within 10 calendar days since the date of cancellation.
Box offices location: to the left from subway exit; Okhotny Ryad /Teatralnaya stations. Working hours: 11am to 8 pm (without breaks, no days off).
Please keep social distancing (no less than 1,5 meters). Service will only be offered to customers who are wearing masks and gloves.
