Following Decree of Mayor of Moscow №107-UM dated 10 November 2020 and Decree of Minister of Culture RF №1429 dated 13 November 2020, which restrict theatre attendance to 25% based on the total percentage of the seat capacity, ALL tickets, which were purchased before 16 November and were supposed to take place during 16 November to 31 December 2020 (at 12pm, 2pm, 6pm and 7pm), are not valid and are entitled for refund. These performances are considered cancelled.
Refund Terms:
Ticket refund for e-tickets which were purchased via theatre website, will be automatically transferred back to the cards used at the time of ticket purchase, no later than 10 days when performance had to take place.
Tickets, which were purchased at the theatre ticket office in cash or via card, can be returned to the ticket office no later than 10 days after cancelled performance had to take place.

Ticket office location: to the left of subway exit; Okhotny Ryad/Teatralnaya subway stations. Operating hours: 11am – 8pm (no break or days off).
Social distancing (no less than 1,5 meters) should be kept, wearing masks and gloves are compulsory.
