Biography
Born in Kiev into a family of musicians, Alexandra Kadurina studied piano at the music school.
In 1999, she entered the Kiev Music College, the Choral Conducting Department. In 2010, she completed her studies at the vocal faculty of the Kiev National Music Academy.
Whilst a student, Alexandra took part in the Academy Opera Studio productions of Rimsky-Korsakov`s The Tsar`s Bride where she performed the roles of Dunyasha and Lyubasha, Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin (Olga and The Nurse), Iolanta (Laura) and The Queen of Spades (Polina).
In 2009-2011, Alexandra Kadurina has been a member of the Young Artists Program of the Bolshoi Theatre.
Since 2011, she has been a guest soloist with the Bolshoi Theatre.
In 2010, she debuted at the Bolshoi as The Third Lady in Mozart`s The Magic Flute. In June 2010, she toured with Bolshoi Theatre Opera Company in Poland and Germany. In July, sang Stepanida Matuta in Rimsky-Korsakov`s The Maid of Pskov on the territory of Pskov Kremlin (Bolshoi Theatre Orchestra, conducted by Alexander Polyanichko). She took part in the concert performances of Stravinsky`s Pulcinella with Bolshoi Theatre Orchestra under the button of Vassily Sinaisky and Ravel`s L’enfant et les Sortilèges under the button of Benjamin Pionnier. She also participated in the world premiere of Philippe Fenelon`s opera The Cherry Orchard, performed the role of Grisha.

In March 2014, Alexandra Kadurina made her debut at the Frankfurt Opera, performing the role of Pippo in Rossini`s La gazza ladra.
In the season 2015-16 she appeared at the Komische Oper Berlin in production of Offenbach`s Les Contes d`Hoffmann (Nicklausse and Voice of the mother of Antonia).
Engagements in 2016/17 include a concert performance of Laura in Tchaikovsky`s Iolanta with the Russian National Orchestra (conducted by Mikhail Pletnev) at the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, Frosya in Prokofiev`s Semyon Kotko in concert conducted by Vladimir Jurowski at the Concertgebouw, Amsterdam, Dorabella in Mozart`s Cosi fan tutte at the Grand Théâtre de Genève and Dryade in a concert performance of Richard Strauss` Ariade auf Naxos with the State Academic Symphony Orchestra “Evgeny Svetlanov” (conducted by Vladimir Jurowski) at the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, Moscow.
In 2017 took part in the production of Rimsky-Korsakov`s The Snow Maiden at the Bolshoi Theatre (directed by Alexander Titel, conducted by Tugan Sokhiev) as Lehl.
