Biography
Graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk State Drama College as an Actor of the Musical Theatre. InIn 2004-2018, he was a soloist of the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre of Belarus.
Since 2018, he has been a soloist of the Odessa Opera and Ballet Theatre.
His repertoire includes Herman (The Queen of Spades), Roman (The Grey Legend), Calaf (Turandot), Vladimir Igorevich (Prince Igor),Vaudemont (Iolanta), Pinkerton (Madama Butterfly), Rodolfo (La Bohème), Don José (Carmen), Beppe (Donizetti’s Rita), Rinuccio (Gianni Schicchi), Kaschey (Rimsky-Korsakov’s Kashchey the Immortal ), Cavaradossi (Tosca), the Duke of Mantua (Rigoletto), Radames (Aida), the Young Gypsy (Rachmaninov’s Aleko), the tenor part in Mozart’s Requiem.
With the Belarus Opera Company he toured to Thailand, Germany, Hungary, North Korea, UK. In 2009, he sang Don José in the co-production of Carmen by the Odessa Opera and Ballet Theatre and Supierz Music Production. In 2010, he toured with the Ukraine National Opera to Japan, again singing Don José.
In 2011, he made his debut at the Bolshoi Theatre as Count Vaudemont (Iolanta). In 2012, he took part in the production of The Enchantress, singing the part of Prince Yuri (conductor Alexander Lazarev, director Alexander Titel). In 2014, he performed the role of Pretender (Boris Godunov), in 2018, – the role of Herman (The Queen of Spades). In 2020 he came back as Count Vaudemont in Iolanta production by Sergei Zhenovach.
In 2016, he appeared as Herman (The Queen of Spades) at Zurich Opera and Hungarian State Opera.
In 2017, sang Giasone (Cerubini’s Medea) and Romeo (Zandonai's Giulietta e Romeo) at the Theater Erfurt, and Manrico (Il Trovatore) at the DomStufen-Festspiele.
In 2018, he sang Herman (The Queen of Spades) at the National Theatre Brno and Erik (Der fliegende Holländer) at the Theater Erfurt.
In 2019, he sang Radames (Aida) at the International opera festival in Pärnu, the title role in Faust at the National Theatre Brno, Jason in Cherubini’s Medea at the Linz Landestheater. He took part in a concert performance of The Queen of Spades in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, conductor Stanislav Kochanovsky).
