Biography

Born in Moscow. Graduated from the Moscow State Conservatory (Irina Arkhipova’s class). In 1993 she joined the Bolshoi Theatre.

Tours

In 1997, she took part in a production of Eugene Onegin in San Francisco (conductor Yuri Temirkanov).
In 1999, she gave a recital in Japan. She appeared at the Paris National Opera as Peronskaya in the premiere performances of War and Peace (2000; conductor Gary Bertini, director Francesca Zambello) and as Susanna in Khovanshchina (2001; conductor James Conlon, director Andrei Serban).
In 2003, she took part in a concert performance of Eugene Onegin in Montreal (Montreal Symphony Orchestra, conductor Alexander Vedernikov). She also appeared as Tosca in Denmark and as Aida in Cyprus.
She frequently appears at music festivals. In 2002, she sang Aida and Abigaille at the festival dedicated to Giuseppe Verdi in Austria.
She appeared as Abigaille in the May Opera Evenings Festival in Macedonia.
In 2016 she sang Saburova (The Tsar’s Bride) at the Berlin State Opera.
In July 2017, she sang Larina in Eugene Onegin concert performance on the Bolshoi Theatre Opera Company tour to Savonlinna (conductor – Tugan Sokhiev).
In May 2018, she took part in Bolshoi’s tour to Shanghai (The Tsar’s Bride).

She has also participated in festivals in Baku, Alma-Ata, Kazan.
