Biography

Alexander Vorobiyov was born in Moscow. In 1998 he finished the Moscow Academy of Choreography (class of I. Uksusnikov), and joined the Bolshoi Ballet.His master-repetiteur was Yuri Vladimirov. Retired in April 2020.

In 2005 he went on a tour to Mexico with the Ballet Company of Krasnoyarsk opera and ballet theater where he danced the part of Solor in La Bayadère (S. Bobrov version) and Prince Désiré in The Sleeping Beauty (S. Bobrov version). He also performed the role of Prince Siegfried in Swan Lake (S. Bobrov version) of this theater on the Krasnoyarsk stage.
