Biography
In 2003 graduated from the Novosibirsk State Glinka Conservatoire (class of Professor Z. Didenko).From 1994 – 1998 he was a soloist with the Kazakh Abai Opera and Ballet Theatre (Almaty).
Joined the Novosibirsk Opera and Ballet Theatre in 1998.
Soloist with the Mariinsky theatre from 2001–2002 (St Petersburg).
Toured to Italy, Bulgaria, Germany, France, Argentina, Slovakia, Mexico, Spain, Portugal, China, Thailand, South Korea.
Repertoire includes: Vakula (Cherevichki), Herman (The Queen of Spades), Vaudémont (Iolanta), Pretender (Boris Godunov), Lykov (The Tsar’s Bride), Young Gypsy (Aleko), Sergei (Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk), Radames (Aida), Don Carlo (Don Carlo), Macduff (Macbeth), Alfredo (La Traviata), Rodolfo (La bohème), Casaradossi (Tosca), Pinkerton (Madama Butterfly), Calaf (Turandot), Canio (I Pagliacci), José (Carmen), tenor part in Verdi’s Requiem.
In 2016 he sang the role of Pretender (Boris Godunov) at the Bolshoi Theatre.
