Антон Зараев

Biography

Graduated from the Moscow State Conservatory in 2010 as a choirmaster and continued his studies as a singer under B. Kudryavtsev.

Soloist of the Stanislavsky Opera Company since 2011.

In the repertoire: Tomsky (The Queen of Spades by Tchaikovsky), Bottom (A Midsummer Night’s Dream by Britten), Escamillo (Carmen by Bizet), Wolfram von Eschenbach (Tannhäuser by Wagner), Napoléon (War and Peace by Prokofiev), Man V (The Blind by L. Auerbach), Bass (Songs at the Well by E. Langer), Leporello (Don Giovanni by Mozart), Boyar Fyodor Shaklovity (Khovanshchina by M. Mussorgsky), Amonasro (Aida by Verdi), Lescaut (Manon by Massenet), Leandro (The Love for Three Oranges by Prokofiev), Macbeth (Macbeth by G. Verdi).

In September 2020 he debuted at the Bolshoi Theatre as Count Tomsky/Zlatogor in The Queen of Spades.
