Biography

Was born in Samarkand. In 1991 he graduated from the St Petersburg State Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatoire (classes of Professors Steblyanko, Okhotnikov and Zastavny). Lead soloist with the St Petersburg Chamber Opera Company from 1992.
Joined the Mariinsky opera Company in 1998.
