Biography

Graduated from the Perm State National Research University, where had been an actor of a student theatre. As a lighting and media designer he worked on the following productions of the Evgeniy Panfilov Ballet: Romeo and Juliet, The Siege, Fantasies in Black and Ardent, A Parrot Cage, The Slammer, Various Trams, Capitulation, Land after Land, Casting off, Non finito, A Travel against the Wind, Dashed Line, Destino, Monologue, among others. He also created the lighting design for the production of Leo Tolstoy’s Boyhood in the Perm Theatre for the Youth.

Since 2014, he has been the lighting designer of the Perm Tchaikovsky Opera and Ballet Theatre. His works for the theatre include: Medeamaterial by Pascal Dusapin, The Malachite Box by Dmitri Batin, A Travel to the Land Where the Jumblies Live by Pyotr Pospelov, Hypothetically Murdered and Orango by Dmitri Shostakovich, Swan Lake and The Nutcracker by Pyotr Tchaikovsky, The Firebird by Igor Stravinsky, Cinderella by Sergei Prokofiev, La Bayadère by Ludwig Minkus, Lucia di Lammermoor by Gaetano Donizetti, Scheherazade by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, Anyuta to the music by Valery Gavrilin, Concert №5 to the music by Sergei Prokofiev, Chansons gaillardes to the music by Francis Poulenc, Don Juan by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
