2007 — the Ballet magazine Soul of Dance prize (Star of the character dance nomination)She was born in Perm to the ballet family. In 1983 she finished the Moscow ballet school (now the Moscow State Choreographic Academy) where she studied in the final year class of G. Kuznetsova and joined the Ballet Company of the Bolshoi Theater. In 1994 she graduated from the Ballet-master faculty of the Russian University of Theatre Arts.
Since 1995 — teaches at the choreography department of the Institute of Modern Arts, since 2007 — the associate professor, since 2008 — head of the choreography department (acting professor).
In
She was one of the leading character soloists of the Bolshoi Theater. Then she worked as a ballet-master- repetiteur. Anna Antropova, Maria Isplatovskaya, Timofey Lavrenyuk and other ballet dancers rehearsed under her guidance.
In 2017, she leaved the Bolshoi Theatre.

In 1996 she danced at the premier of Antigone ballet to music by different composers put together by M. Pekarsky (director-choreographer S. Bobrov) thus becoming the creator of the role of Erinyes.
She repeatedly works as choreographer and director outside the Bolshoi Theater.
