Transition from mezzo-soprano to dramatic soprano became a turning point in career for Zoya Tsererina, alumni of Mikhail Glinka Conservatory of Nizhny Novgorod, soloist of Tatar State Opera and Ballet Theatre: new Turandot and Abigaille immediately drew interest in Europe. After her debut as Turandot at the Theater Bonn, Zoya Tsererina received an invitation to perform at Glyndebourne Festival. Her performance as The Foreign Princess caused a sensation in 2019. “Best of the singers is Zoya Tsererina, silken-voiced Foreign Princess full of style and swagger” (Financial TImes, 2 July 2019). She sang the same part at the Berlin music festival. Year 2019 became rich for events for the artist: she sang part of Gioconda at the Theater Bonn, Turandot at Theater Dortmund, Tosca at Warsaw Wielki National Opera, Lisa at Teatro di San Carlo in Naples. After her debut at the Bolshoi, The Deutsche Oper Berlin will be waiting for her. She will sing a part of Abigaille in Nabucco.

Nadezhda Serdyuk is a leading soloist at Mariinsky Theatre where she performed more than 30 parts. She debuted as Spring Beauty in The Snow Maiden at the Bolshoi in 2018. Later, she had a part of Ulrica (Un Ballo in Maschera). This year she was involved in a concert version of Mazeppa (as Lyubov).
